Rather than charging fees like traditional banks and software companies, we utilize the Azibo platform and tools at no cost to landlords. Renters can make rent payments via ACH bank transfers for free, or use a debit or credit credit for a 2.99% convenience fee.

We understand an eviction comes with significant risk to our clients if mishandled. An occupant or their personal items being forcibly removed in a non-compliant manner can cause financial and reputational loss. That’s why we go the extra mile to support our clients using state specific eviction attourneys to mitigate risks throughout an eviction.

We do the heavy lifting to put dependable, fully-vetted residents into your homes.  Each listing will be assigned to an agent to get the right tenant into the right space. We'll list, market, and show your rental while taking care of any inquiries that come in

We charge a flat 6% management fee for all property management services.  We never bill fees on top of maintainence, and charge 50% of first months rent for each vacancy filled.
